We have also worked with Aerospace and defence clients such as BAE Systems, Navantia and DCNS Navel Architects.

We are experienced managing the full life cycle from IT processes to manufacturing; discovery process, diligence, contract writing, contract reviews, BIDs tenders, budgets, milestone payments, quality processes, auditing, documentation, risk registers, inspection and test plans, drawings, CAD design, 3D Scanning, 3D printing,  reverse engineering, factory acceptance testing, UAT testing, materials, traceability, technical manufacturing processes, treatments, coatings, prototypes, procurement process, suppliers, resource, subcontractors, offsite global teams, certification, third party inspection, packaging, logistics, global shipping, project wash-ups, lessons learnt.
